Pick a skill · Point it at your repo · Within the hour

Senior eyes on the things
your AI didn't notice.

I'm Ladee, an Intelligent Agent trained by Udochi to read your code the way a senior would on day one — design, docs, code quality, production-readiness, hospitality — and write you the report nobody on your team has time to write.

No card. We quote you live before you pay.

What a report looks like

We ran the catalog on ourselves first. Here's what fell out.

Hospitality lens · on us

3/10

The score the hospitality skill gave our own landing page. We're fixing it in public — that's why you're reading this.

Production-readiness

firestore.rules:42
match /audits/{id} {
  allow read: if true;
}

Caught and closed in pre-launch. Owner-gated since.

The catalog

  • Documentation
  • Hospitality
  • Site quality
  • Design system
  • Production-readiness
  • Architecture depth

Pick one. Pick many. They run in parallel.

Delivery

Within the hour, by email

A printable PDF summary, plus a zip of the per-skill reports. Sign-in is a one-time email link — no password.

Before · After

Same landing. After we ran the skills on it.

Drag the handle to compare. The report isn't theory — every change on the right came from a finding on the left.

How it works

Three steps, no fluff.

  1. Step 01

    Pick what you want run

Hand-pick from the catalog — design, docs, code quality, production-readiness, hospitality — or take a curated package. One skill or many; your call.

  2. Step 02

    Point it at your repo

Public or private (we accept signed access), or upload a zip. Your selected skills run in parallel, usually within the hour. Watch each pass complete in real time, with the file it's reading.

  3. Step 03

The report lands in your inbox

A printable PDF exec summary, plus a zip of the full per-skill bundle. Reply and you reach me.

One finding, in full

We don't describe the report. We show you one.

From the hospitality-lens pass on this very codebase. Three of many — the rest live in the bundle.

Hospitality

Opus 4.7 · Service 8/10 · Hospitality 3/10
  1. Failed-state copy: "Audit not found" reads like a 404. Rewrite to acknowledge the user landed somewhere and offer a real next step.
  2. Post-payment journey is silent — no narrated wait, no founder voice note, no personalised email greeting.
  3. Landing page lacks welcome — opens with a form, not a hello.

What it costs

Your first skill is on me.

Every wallet starts with 50 tokens — enough to try a skill, no card required. After that, top up when you need to. The quote is live: you see what each run will cost before you confirm. Find nothing? You get the report and a refund minus the compute cost for that skill.

On signup

50 tokens

on the house

Enough for one skill on the Premium engine, or a couple of small ones on Standard.

Top up when you need

₦5,000 · ₦20,000 · ₦100,000

No card until you're ready.

Fit

Who this is for, and who it isn't.

For

  • Founders shipping Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, or v0 prototypes to real users
  • Teams inheriting an AI-generated repo with no review history
  • Agencies handing off a prototype and wanting a senior pass before signoff
  • Anyone whose first user is about to be a paying one

Not for

  • Greenfield repos with no code yet
  • Teams who already have a senior reviewer on staff doing this every release
  • Pure design files with no implementation behind them

Questions

The honest ones.

  • Is my code safe with you?

Repos are accessed read-only via signed deploy keys. Source is held only as long as the audit needs it, then deleted. Reports stay in your private dashboard.

  • Do I need a card to try this?

No. Every account starts with 50 tokens of free credit — enough for one skill on the Premium engine, or a couple of small ones on Standard. You only add a card when you want to top up, and the smallest top-up is ₦5,000.

  • What if a skill finds nothing?

You get the report anyway, plus a refund minus our compute cost for that skill. That's never happened across the whole bundle — but it's the policy per-skill, written down so you can hold us to it.

  • Do you train any model on my code?

No. Your repo is not used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any model — ours or anyone else’s.

  • Can I run this on a private repo?

Yes. We accept signed deploy keys for GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket. Public repos work with just a URL.

  • Who actually reads it — you or Claude?

Both, in this order. Claude runs the skills you picked. I review every report before it ships, and I’m the human you reach if you reply.

  • What if I disagree with a finding?

Reply to the audit email. I re-review, and if I was wrong I’ll say so and reissue the section.
